On June 4, 2009, Federal District Judge Loretta A. Preska entered Final Judgment against Banc of America Securities LLC and Banc of America Investment Services, Inc., pursuant to the consent of the SEC and Banc of America Securities LLC and Banc of America Investment Services, Inc.
