The Commission stated: "From approximately January 2019 to March 2020, Taronis
Technologies, Inc., n/k/a BBHC, Inc. ("Taronis Tech"), and from approximately
February 2020 to November 2020, Taronis Tech's former subsidiary, Taronis
Fuels, Inc. ("Taronis Fuels"), Arizona-based producers of fuel and water products,
and the former Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of both companies during the
relevant time periods, Scott David Mahoney ("Mahoney"), engaged in a fraudulent scheme to deceive investors and potential investors about Taronis Tech's and
Taronis Fuels' successes by issuing numerous materially false and misleading
press releases touting agreements and relationships with customers that did not
exist or were exaggerated."

The Court stated: "Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) filed a
Complaint on August 24, 2022 against Defendant Taronis Technologies, Inc.,
(n/k/a BBHC, INC.) (“Defendant”) (DE 1). On August 29, 2022, Defendant was
served with the Summons and Complaint by serving its registered agent VCorp
Services, LLC as set forth in the return of service. (DE 11). Defendant did not
answer or otherwise file a responsive pleading to the Complaint, and the Clerk’s
default was therefore entered against Defendant on September 23, 2022. (DE 18).
On August 2, 2024, this Court granted the Commission’s Renewed Motion and
Memorandum of Law in Support of Default Final Judgment Against Taronis
Technologies (DE 99 and DE 107) upon consideration of the Commission’s Motion and the Report and Recommendation of Amanda A. Sansone, United States
Magistrate Judge (DE 106). Accordingly, upon consideration of the record, Final
