Fuels, Inc. (“Taronis Fuels”), Arizona-based producers of fuel and water products,
and the former Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of both companies during the
relevant time periods, Scott David Mahoney (“Mahoney”), engaged in a fraudulent scheme to deceive investors and potential investors about Taronis Tech’s and
Taronis Fuels’ successes by issuing numerous materially false and misleading
